Feta cheese is produced in Greece either from sheep’s milk or a blend of sheep’s and goat’s milk. Once produced Feta is placed in wooden barrels or special tins with brine and left to mature for a period of at least two months. During maturation period the Feta cheese acquires its unique aromas and distinctive flavour variations.
