It is a typical soft fresh cheese of Puglia region of Italy made from a mix of hand torn mozzarella strips (“Stracciatella”) and cream. It only uses high quality milk supplied by selected farms according to high hygienic and animal welfare standards.
It is an interesting creamier alternative to standard Mozzarella.
