Pomodamore uses an innovative process to, semi-dry the whole tomato, it is then flamed to remove the peel while keeping the tomato whole using only the freshest tomatoes selected, 365 days a year. Without the rough skin, it is a concentrate of intense flavour and taste. Pomodamore, is not only a simple antipasto in oil, it is also a fantastic cooking ingredient.
The product can be eaten straight from the jar, fried, grilled, or added to recepies and after it has been cooked retains it original from its entirety, to better decorate many plates.
