Robiola is a cream and fresh spreadable cheese made with 100% Italian milk. Often it is eaten relatively fresh, matured from as few as 3 to 10 days, but others are aged longer than 4 weeks. With a creamy structure, Robiola cheese presents a sweet and slightly sour, taste.
