Ricotta is a cheese made from either cow’s buffalo or sheep’s milk blended with cream. Ricotta made of cow’s milk, has a delicate taste, whereas ricotta with mixed sheeps milk, has more tasty, perfect to be eaten naturally, and ideal as ingredient to create thousands of recipes, from main courses to the desserts. This rich cream cheese is slightly grainy. It’s white, moist and has a slightly sweet flavour.
