The weights vary from 5 g to 5 kg to satisfy the needs of food service, restaurant chains, food manufacturers and retailers.

From the hills of Emilia Romagna
Parmigiano Reggiano is a PDO hard cheese, known in Italy as the “King of the cheese”. A medium-fat granular hard cheese made from unpasteurised cow’s milk. It is made with only 4 ingredients: milk, starter culture, rennet and salt. It does not contain any preservatives or additives. It is produced only in a specific area of Emilia Romagna and Mantua, aging varies from a minimum of 12 months to 30 months and beyond. Our range of Parmigiano Reggiano is produced in our mountain dairies near Reggio Emilia, and the entire production chain, from milk collection to cheese production, is controlled.
