TRADITIONAL PRODUCTION, CONSISTENT QUALITY
Made according to traditional methods, Italian style hard cheese is produced in Central Europe where the cows are fed naturally, which means they only produce high-quality milk. When combined with a cheese-making technique that copies the production method of the most famous Italian Grana cheeses and with its continuous quality control, this milk creates a cheese with an intense flavour. This hard cheese has a delicate milky scent, it slowly melts in your mouth releasing a full, lingering flavour.
